Nidhi Garg is a compassionate community leader, and passionate advocate for social well-being. As the Co-Founder of Nangal By Cycle (NBC), she has been one of the driving forces behind the organisation since its conceptualization in September 2023, contributing countless hours behind the scenes to help transform an idea into a growing community movement. Holding a Master of Commerce, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, Nidhi brings a blend of business acumen, organisational leadership, and people-centric values to NBC. Throughout her life, she has worked across administration, operations, customer relations, real estate, and hospitality-related assignments, experiences that have strengthened her ability to manage teams, coordinate projects, and build meaningful relationships. She currently works as a freelance Hospitality Integrity Auditor in the UAE, supporting quality and compliance initiatives within the hospitality sector. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nidhi's true passion lies in serving people. During the family's ten years in Lebanon, she actively participated in numerous community initiatives, including volunteering in educational programmes, supporting students, and contributing to various charitable activities. Her commitment to giving back continues today through her support for the education of underprivileged children in her hometown of Hoshiarpur, Punjab. Known for her positive energy, caring nature, and "can-do" attitude, Nidhi believes that meaningful social change begins with compassion, education, and community participation. She has a particular interest in expanding NBC's work in the areas of women's empowerment, education, family well-being, and community welfare, creating opportunities that enable women and young people to contribute confidently to society. Above all, Nidhi considers her greatest achievement to be her family. She takes immense pride in raising her two children, Lavanya and Lakshya, encouraging them to become compassionate, responsible, and socially conscious individuals. As the backbone of the family, she has been source of strength and encouragement, allowing NBC to grow while maintaining a strong foundation at home. Nidhi firmly believes that every individual has the power to make a positive difference. Through Nangal By Cycle, she hopes to inspire more families—especially women and young people—to embrace volunteerism, healthy living, and community service, proving that even small acts of kindness can create lasting change. "Communities grow stronger when families volunteer together, and every act of kindness inspires another."
